They just Paste a fixed provided template here and there on different forums. and then think tht they are done with there job.This is very irresponsible behavior.

Thank you for sharing it with me here.
As you understand, the load of chats, calls, and emails that our Support have been dealing with has increased lately for obvious reasons. They have been doing excellent job, but of course it required slightly more time than usual.
Chats and calls are given more priority, so maybe you could try either of those to finally reach our representative. I'd appreciate if could do that.
More importantly, there are fewer reports of disconnections as IT have informed. Please try logging in to MT4 again.

I guess very soon there will be no more calls and complaints (after all clients withdrawn all funds)
I got to say all Exness's marketing efforts has all been washed down the drain by this epic total halt of services failure and excuses.
In return, we should all suggest alternative brokers to help them deal with their endless situations.

Everything seems to be working fine for a moment this evening & the moment I tried closing this trade this downtime shit struck again & since then I am unable to login to my account (luckily I took screenshot at that time). The same trade would be in few pips loss at the time of making this post. Here i am least bother about this profit as this is a small account of mine but there would be lots of other traders who might not be able to close their trades in profit due to this downtime & the main question which poping up in my mind ever since, who will be held responsible for these lost profits?

Surely Exness will fully take the responsiblity for orders that were affected by the disconnections as we have clearly admitted this situation was caused at our end.
I urge you and other clients of Exness who have had their trades affected to submit their requests here stating their account number, numbers of trading orders and briefly explaining how they think the orders should be re-calculated.

I have certain information that the Technical department have set out to install new equipment to enhance the IT infrastructure. This will be completed at the weekend and will allow to prevent any such attacks from affecting the normal work of our servers in future.
At the moment, we have understanding that the trading will resume normally on Sunday GMT+0 as the market opens.
At the same time, I would advise to follow our news updates relating to the situation. Our current official position regarding the trading is this: if you experience any issue with MT4 connection, you are advised to minimise your trading activities.

On Friday, finally got connected and able to close the trades with some profit and a trade with BIG LOSS of $502.50. Please compensate the loss of this trade as I was absolutely not able to close the trade at breakeven or even in BIG profit due to server error of EXNESS. The following are the trade details.
Trade Order No. 100363952 SELL 1.5 lot of EURUSD @ 1.12577.
Please recalculate the order @ maximum profit level as exness did not allow me to close the trade in PROFIT
Also please clarify the exact situation to stakeholder so that we may decide for our self. If you are not able to provide us with the services you claim than you have no right to waste our time, money etc. For the last three days I am asking for my own money lost due to yours in-competencies. And your help squad is saying please give us some time to evaluate the situation.
Please credit my lost amount along-with the profit before market open. If I lost the account due to low credit than you will have to return my account amount along-with the losses.

Indeed, at the moment the Complaints department need 5-7 business days to process all such requests with the standard time of 2-3 business days.
The reason for this extension is the increased amount of requests that followed the event we encountered this week. However, I will ask the department to process your request as soon as possible.

Dear EXNESS, I am not confident at your answer. It sounds like you are telling me the server down issue may continue this week. I am inclined to use other brokers right now. So you can't assure me it is fixed ? This is unlike you guys.
