5% is the loss that my rule says I have to cut loss (I will cut loss earlier if I think PA no longer supports up move)

I am done for the day... since I am taking the trades manually now... am not leaving limit orders,... I have set some alerts which I will get when the price reaches the bounce levels I have set in the morning and I might take a trade there... otherwise will update tmrw... have a nice rest of the day

Since 3500 has not been touched for long time, I am kinda expecting strong reaction the first time it touches the level ...but whether we will have a new ATH today I am not sure ...let's see price action after 3500 is touched and trade accordingly

just came back home i closed this trade before going out after seeing the price action at BE it has reached its 1st tp............

just posting in contrast to my orignal post

and yes my break even is not perfect and more like a 10 pip loss now that i have seen it on

past 28 hours (trading hours) gold has shown an 80$ move ...
and we all know we all cant move the market
so who moves the market big boys ...
do you think they will be buying in huge quantities of gold when it is really near the ATH they could have bought alot lower at 3310 or even 3321...but even if they bought there it would have shown signs of huge quantites comming the market but suddenly on friday they decisided that yes its the end of month lets buy gold ......

just trying to give you some bigger picture
you think those people willl be buying at 3500 hoping that it goes to 3600-3700 ..........

Thank you for your analysis... I hear you... with Trumps Tariffs possibly giving higher inflation there should be only a 25 basis point cut,which is already priced in Plus 3500 has been a strong resistance for months now. I am of the opinion there should be a substantial pull back before gold resumes the up trend.

gold can go up by the end of the year at 3500+ but i think till then we do have to consider 2700-2800 are in line too

and it can even pass 3500 at the end of sep or october but thats something we cant really give any solid prediction......

but the idea of pull back is great i am selling gold for that reason and people here are still hoping that it will go to 36-37 soon like really soon ....and china buying gold on friday at really premium price ......

people will see some 50-100$ move and think that its going to moon .........

I think the gold can go till 3490 or 3500 soon but it won't really be a sustained move yah it will be good for 5-10$ catch for scalpers but not really a 50-100$ move that big boys really want......and these 2 palces can be good to sell too


and they can be just puching the price o 3500 to confirm the idea of ath and take profits there cuz 100$ move in 2 days is really great and after that most likely it wont be good enough to pour into the market and hopping and praying that other big players do the same ....

people in the thread were sh!tting on me last friday thats why i am writing it to just give them my opinion
everyone was selling at 3400 after 3450 they all are going to the moon ..........
