BTC could very likely enter the sub 6.000 territory and lower , dragging down the whole crypto sector for a while

this is no longer 2017 , this is 2018 and this correction could last for a while

You are right. It won't surprise me if BTC will drop down even to 3kUSD

BTC price has been holding at a long term structure in a bullish harmonic pattern for 7 days. It is possible for price to be bearish as low as 4640 and would still be in a valid bullish harmonic pattern. Lets hope that fear does not grip the market again to drive it that low. There is a tremendous amount of trading happening with BTC as I am writing this. Take a look for yourself. Drop down to the 1 second time frame.

I don't know exactly how but bitcoin has managed a four thousand dollar gain in this short last 6 weeks. Leverage that safely 5 times and you're looking at a 20 000 in your account. And if you're position is losing then cut your loss quickly and wait for new entry. And remember - never enter a trade when you're not at least remotely certain it'a good oppurtunity.

TBH, nobody knows what is really "cheap". Who can tell EUR/USD's "right price", or "cheap"? ...only the "experts", meaning nobody ! ...speculations,
BTC, the ship flag of crypto, is like any other tradable asset... so, buy low, sell high !

BTC just does not look good for longs atm

if you wonna go long just because 2017 was a long only trade the whole year long , well it does not look smart atm

just take a look at what happened to XRP : 2017 top 3.23 and now trading @ 0.51

cryptos will be a very good long trade again in the future , just not right now - now's the time to look at good shorting opportunities

But with clear vision of 50-70k i don't think I'll wait to add that low...
I'm investor, not day trader though.
So adding few hundred every month If it goes low, so be it, more investment

actually ..u can define the "cheap" using the volume theory

when the volume trade is low but more demand hitting the offer..that indicate everyone looking the cheap item..

u can not simple say that "price" is cheap..it is not about price..it is all about "acceptance" at the price..

Sure, low volume and price going down could mean market want to buy lower.
