I am using your Ecn demo and and I scalp EU,I am an Algo trader and cant believe that the spread is 0 pips every time,is it same for Live Ecn accounts as well. If its is I would love to trade using Exness.
Order flow is the edge,rest is just noise.

Of course it is not! Typically it is between 1 and 5

this was done just to make sure the mentioned price was reached at FXCM.

However, it is important to stress once again that the XAUUSD trade opens two hours past the market opening on Sunday at EXNESS. The market opens at 21:00 GMT+0, whereas the gold trading opens at 23:00 GMT+0. So, the chart had the first new candle of the week at 23:00 GMT+0, while in FXCM the price above 1197.00 was around 22:00 GMT+0.

EXNESS cannot execute an order at a price that was not sent to EXNESS by its liquidity providers. The XAUUSD price specified by you earlier does not exist in any of EXNESS charts despite the fact that this price was in FXCM. In this case you may refer to point 26.10 of our Client agreement.

I just want to report here that i got USDCAD sell position with stop order hunted by Exness even my stop place 20 pips away highest bid price.

It would have been a 80 pips win for me if not for this nonsense, i hope more people would come out to expose them.

you can image they can open as wide to 30pips, how crazy is that to trade with them.

Exness, please dont need to ask me my account number etc, cause i dont think this will do you or me any good.

I am considering pulling out my fund for other real broker. Their mini accounts failed my tests miserably.

after a while back trading with Exness.
and in for interesting surprise on my ECN.
yesterday had 6 trades placed( pending orders), that is 6 entries and 6 exits...managed to have 10 out of this 12 get slippage. yes, ECN, it is possible. But I must say on average 0.6 pips slippage on trades all executed during the non-news time, all on EURUSD pair, might sound a bit too much. On top, wonder, I must be the unluckiest trader yesterday, because all 10 out of 10 slippage was negative, and against me.
the support kindly pointed out, that is the interbank market nature, (for all of our sake who trading there, I hope she meant slippage, and not permanent negative slippage). understandable once again. but to put in context, this is a trial account funded just about 900$ to test nothing but current execution conditions (brokers change). I know that latency on internet connection has many things to do, but since the MT4 shows <1ms to broker's DC, I think I shall be ok for quiet market conditions. And oh, did I say test positions, thus I doubt a little that interbank execution on my pendings, being at 0.05 lot each.
but I guess this is just the nature of the game?
I sincerely hope the Goddess of the interbank market will be kind to me the next time, and I start to see some positive slippage too on my true ECN execution on min 0.01 lot size. would be happy to update too when I also find a day of trading with all my positions encountering a 0.6 pips positive slippage.


update:
as promised.
took for the 9th trade, and the 13th negative slippage to break the "curse". the first positive slippage. yay, there might be hope?!

I know leverage get auto reduced before the weekend, or holidays...
I know that it gets back to "normal" soon after the market opens.

And for my annoyance, I found out after the first Monday trade opened that it isn't the case!!
Trade opened after London open, thus far in the time to have the margin reset.

Exness should ensure things as such ALWAYS WORK properly.

I regret to hear that the leverage at your account has not been changed automatically. I must as well add that we always ask our clients to re-start the terminal after 3 hours has passed since the market's opening to ensure the automatic change. I hope you did it today. Futhermore, there is a case of the leverage not changing automatically: that is when the client's equity is less than 5 (in account's currency) at the time when automatic change takes place. I hope this is not the case here.

I suggest that you should always check these things to make sure you do everything possible to enable the change. And let's not forget about the Settings of the personal area where the leverage can be changed manually, which has proven effective on quite a number of occasions.

Despite all this, you were completely right to say that it is our responsibility to ensure that the automatic change 'always works properly'. I will request our technical specialists to see into this matter and сome up with an effective solution. I must however admit that it may take a lot of time to be found.

Also, if the absence of timely change in any way affected the execution, please provide details of the exection, so that we could check it. You may send the details, if any, to [email protected].

As for the 'Off quotes', I would appreciate if you provided the log files to see when and where they were, and how many of them there were. Theoretically, there shouldn't be an 'Off quotes' message with the market execution.

Me too regret very much that the platform doesn't always work properly.
For your points, I would just like to clarify, (being a weekend, especially with expected gap on Monday), I haven't turn on MT4 before the Frankfurt Open, so, according to Exness MT4 time, well into the trading day, 8 hours+.
Since this account is little, understand the worry about the equity level, but cant be a case, I have a few 100s of account base currency there.

Furthermore, I know about the manual setting of leverage. Unfortunate, this was not the very first case such happen to me ( though it happened on a different Exness account in past)
I am a scalper on this account...
And here is your procedure for manual re-setting:
1. log into Exness account --->find change leverage, choose new --->wait for emai
2. log into email, open Exness's message, copy the chain of gibberish like 20 letters/numbers
3. go back Exness website, enter the emailed gibberish to confirm leverage change.
4. restart Exness site to double confirm that leverage in fact shown correct,
5. restart MT4

In the meanwhile, try to not mind your overleveraged trade and the MT4 chart.
Sure, it is toy money on a mini account, so, I cant lose too much.
But that isn't the point, is that?
The only missing from the log file above is the full acct. number, that is 7177945, the rest of the log file is there.
And yes, I still managed to make money on that scalp trade, but not because of the smoothness of the procedure. Again, not the main point here, I believe.

everyone has a breaking point, when it just feels too much...
and with today's GBPUSD trade I am finally ready to move from EXNESS, and this time for good.
just had had enough from the slippage, the incompetent online support, the so called "tight spread", the many pips difference on the chart between ECN and mini account...
just the overall bucket shop experience that is disguised as ECN, STP, whatever.
so, I bid farewell to EXNESS, and they bid farewell for my money in the future, the only fair deal I can cut for myself there nowadays.

In spite of this all, I am here to assist EXNESS clients as far as I can. And as you understand, I won't be able to help you without your account number and orders that in your opinion were executed incorrectly.

As for the online support, please give me more details on who and when was 'incompetent' with you.

Apart from this, our ECN trading have several liquidity providers (for further information refer to https://www.exness.com/execution/ecn...ity_providers/). In case you have any doubts about whether an order is executed correctly, you just have to contact us, and we will just contact the provider. As simple as that. It needs to be said that ECN has market execution, and as a result, slippages. On top of that, ECN spread is indeed tighter that that of a Mini account.
