Gumrai, i have tested the indicator and it is good but it has no alert. Please could you add alert to the indicator and let the alert have option of on current or closed candle. Thanks in advance

It has the alert, but it will only alert when the cross happens. If a cross occurred a few bars back when you attach the indi, it will not send an alert'
The indi is set up so that it only works on closed bars. Otherwise, you get lots of false signals when you get multiple crosses and re-crosses in the same bar.

So I want my EA enter just one time when one condition is true and hold that order until opposite condition is true and than EA would exit. I don't want that my ea buy every candle when the condition is true.

Can somebody help?

Hello All,

Question: When you programme an indicator , does the platform you intend to incorporate it matter? What I mean is that I have my account with FXCM and the platform is Marketscope 2.0. So lets say you create an indicator , can you attach it to any trading platform?

HI GUMRAI how are you ? YOU ARE AWesome coder and great person ..is it possible to show pip change current candle and at least last 3 candles pip chane +- show as text like current candle pips from last /previous +20 or -20/30 etc for example current candle c1 +20,previous C2+15,c3-10 pips... i hope you understand .i know it is possible with cross hair and calc but as text form it will great to know .thanks in advance.

Please test.

In order to checking the last closed position, you must set the "account history" to "Last Month".

You can enable the lines also. Implemented my standard-alert-procedure. More I will not do on this indicator (I have renamed it because in the sourcecode I saw the original name) ...

edit: please do not ask for an ea because it makes no sense, the indicator repaints ...

Hi,

I'm a newbie in programming MQL4, I'm just trying to create an indicator-oscillator to draw the % difference between moving average and price.

Could someone give me the code for that:

SMA = Simple moving average

Indicator= (SMA / Close)*100

My time frame will be 1w, 1d, 4h or 1h for 89 or shorter periods.
