yeah i was looking at my trading november -janauary and realised it was a lot easier. But yeah the longer they go on the more profit

Peace equals cleaner price action when they let the bankers do their things... i was way less experienced during the peaceful times...now i'm thrashed around every now and then but we all learn to adapt i guess... i don't think it'll get any more peaceful in the world than it is right now

I have to agree, bias changes a few times during every session. but if you look at the s&p for example, you can just go long and not overthink.
in the other hand, once you trade gold, it's so hard to trade different instruments, but at the end you have to ask yourself if you want to make money or trade for fun and to feel something

Study the amygdala, the prefrontal cortex, impulsiveness, and emotional triggers. This is just as important as studying technical analysis.
In trading, ignoring the emotional side is one of the biggest mistakes a person can make. The amygdala reacts to fear, anxiety, and euphoria, while the prefrontal cortex is responsible for rational control, discipline, and decision-making. When emotions take over, traders abandon their plans, act impulsively, and lose consistency.
Anyone who wants to evolve in the market needs to understand that consistency does not come only from setups and indicators, but also from self-control, emotional management, and psychological discipline. Technical skills without emotional control are very difficult to sustain in the long run.

Golden Zone is formed from the previous 2 days’ highs. Price is reacting strongly from this support area and bullish momentum is building.
Buy Entry: 4505 – 4497
Target: Previous Highs
Stop Loss: 10 Points
As long as price holds this zone, market can move aggressively to the upside.
