How are you gonna build BRICS and support the global south if you cant even dish out some vetoes in such situations?

If UNSC is dead, why not dash out vetoes for your partners when the texts being adopted is clearly wrong?

It was a text of condemnation, no sanctions or anything, but such texts will be used to build a case... This whole 5 permanent member veto power is a total BS anyway, especially when UK/FR/murika abuses the system.
