I showed in the picture that the price passed the minimum step specified in the settings (360), but the indicator did not draw a zigzag there.

Yes, because it is minimum, not maximum.
If the actual ZigZag extremes go further than the minimum, the ZigZag will be repainted - that's how ZigZag works.
If you make the minimum smaller, it will show smaller ZigZags.
If you make the minimum larger, it wil paint larger ZigZags.
There is no way to show the ones you think should be shown.
There is no code which can see what you want to see.
A non-repainting ZigZag will be a very lagging one.

i need a code advice in mt4

if current price is 4346 i want 2 lines as 4350 4400 and 2 lines as 4300 4250

how to go about it

In that case, how does the construction of the depression with the number 395 or 602 differ from what I drew?

divide 4346 by 50. Round to the nearest higher whole number and multiply by 50, you get 4350. Round to the nearest lower whole number and multiply by 50, you get 4300.

Speaking about location of buttons, there is a small glitch with the Template Switcher Indicator.
When MT4 starts, it will show at the extreme left position until I refresh chart. Even though I have set it on the right.
I like the all my tools to be on the right.

There wasn't any continuation, no new minimum higher high in the second case, so the down-pointing ZZ didn't get repainted.
Here is an indicator I coded for another user.
The idea was that ZigZag often repaints, so the first signal appears, and is deleted, because the trend continues.
So, the user wanted to see the candles (path of the ZigZag).

You should know by now that I don't do decompiled indicators.
