Many criteria are less important in my opinion. If you want to set a standard, just go with $25k, $50k, and $100k, as amounts beyond that usually relate to scaling, and accounts below $25k are very insignificant. What needs to be included to avoid noisy information are the Profit Target % and Drawdown % (especially whether it's trailing or static). (PIC 2 with Scale, now better). Simply put (if a 100k account is the goal): At Blueberry, you need to make a 20% profit to withdraw 8k. At E8, you need to make a 16% profit to withdraw 6.4k.

Whether it's a live account or not doesn't matter in the prop firm game. If you want to manage a real live account, the information has already been shared by others here in previous posts, specifically about jobs with firms that truly have capital.

Yes, 6% per month is achievable, but 6% in just a few days is very difficult. This week, I made good progress with 2.4%. Discipline is the hardest part. Lol (PIC 1)

You're most likely right, Stoneyrocks.

Upon closer reading, it looks like ATFX is also only giving virtual capital to funded traders, like Oanda and ICMarkets.

they all use simulated. ATFunded has a pathway I think but the others are just same. Origin fx is highly dubious

If someone says "virtual capital" or simulated or whatever it is because they want to deal their own account without legal ramification. I wouldn't pay much attention to that.

I will be purchasing AT when they launch next week as well as Hantec after my surgery in 11 jan. I have most of the other broker ones what I am looking for in 2025 is whats beyond the "challenge". AT have their program with the investors and I see few others taking the same route. Think capital is talking the same way. Tentrade has it but they are a scam.

Maybe we get some innovation.

The point is that it's easy to make 6% to pass an evaluation. Just buy a few cheap accounts with the YOLO strategy knowing you can have a few throw away accounts. Buy 3-5 accounts, wait for extreme price movement, then buy/sell 5 minis (you only need a $12 retrace to make 6% on 50K). If price continues to move against you, buy/sell max 5 minis with 2nd acct. Repeat until you get a $12 retracement. For Tradefiy 50K, you only need a $12 retrace before an $8 move against you. In my case, I bought 2 accounts ($70 invesment). Waited for SP00 to fall off a cliff then entered first and 2nd YOLO buys. Win win. Pay 2x$99 activation fees and end up with $100K in funding for a minimal investment of $268.

Now, earning 6% on your funded account while following all of the rules is obviously harder and a completely different game. However with 2 different 50K funded accts you can use a modified strategy like the evaluations just much smaller positions.

Honestly, these futures prop firms are inviting traders to game the system without breaking any rules by offering these dirt cheap degenerate prices.

I’m taking a conservative approach in my current forex challenge with Blueberry, 10% target with a 6% drawdown limit. Theoretically, it can be achieved with an overall 15 winning trades of 0.67% each, but I could lose if I face 9 consecutive losses. So far, it has been 12 trading days. Maximum of 2 positions for safety, totaling 1.34% risk (margin percentage remains between 500% and 600%). Cost $113. Futures are for skilled and experienced traders, especially with trailing and consistency rules. I don’t understand futures yet. Maybe later.

For me I dont see any difference in trading futures or forex. Price goes up, prices goes down.

no you couldn’t. They had a mail list sign up when you hit to purchase.

Wow, Australia along with US not allowed with the usual banned countries like Iran etc. Yet their brokerage has Australian Lisence. go figure.
It's this kind of shit that makes me think going back to stocks and real brokerages/markets is probably best.

yes, asic are preparing prop firm recommendations soon. FTMO have also taken an actionable change regarding australia too (KYC up front). Originally i thought cftc will be first to make a clarity, then FCA in UK but it seems ASIC will be first..

A few EU local regulators are about to do a few changes too so we should start to see many changes soon regarding who accepts what. I sounded alarm already about instant funding.

Well there you go. FTMO Australia has it's own website. AFSL, ACN, PTY LTD etc. Only for Australians. Have to sign in to purchase. Yet, they want Euro for challenge fee. That's rude. AUD thanks.

I dont think its right to blame brokers or props for the regulation. Regulation is built to stifle business efficiency more than anything. I am now more careful of the props who accept everyone than the ones who do not because i know that their lawyers are likely Saul's retarded cousin.

I support regulation in the industry. I don't blame brokers etc for the regulation. I feel it is a bit rude to have a ASFL lisence but not allow Australians to join etc. If one sells challenges to Aussies only, then make it in AUD not euro. But I support regulation that makes the industry last not stifles it. Not sure who Saul is.

Its protection of uncertainty in the AT specific case. For FTMO, lord knows, they are going to try to compete with ICMarkets i think with same business model. Saul is from a netflix tv show that people kept recommending me one of the strip mall type lawyers who are only 99.95.
