Another Quantower/Apex issue I had trying to open a trade during the Asian session. It rejected my NQM4 (1) lot/ size order. I had to switch over to micros. I have (4) 50K evals account at the moment. Has anyone experienced this. I always set OCO take profit and stop loss before I take a trade

Had the opposite the other day, had to trade minis on NQ as there was no feed for micros.
what futures prop firm have competition or trial. please recomend me, i wanna demo futures trading.

I do know that everything they have that is investor facing is heavily regulated. The CEO has a great interview on this. The broker is heavily regulated, their hedge fund is heavily regulated.....we are just signal providers. This is actual the real deal of what all of the prop firms we traded with were claiming to be. Hence, the 15% performance fee...they get 20%, which is global standard and then split 75/25 with us.

I don't like darwinex. Mostly because I dont like subscription models but also because there are certain elements of the math early on that don't make sense. I get the regulation, I get the traditional 2 and 20 models, I get the scoring. But what I don't get is after the score is achieved why the subscription requirement? If you are actually pushing funds to market and taking them away so simply and dragging them on for months then why the monthly?

People gotta eat sure I get that.

I also don't get the existing prop model as well, how it got to 90-100% profit split. Does any reasonable person think that this is reasonable on real funds? Traders are crying foul when they are b-booked but if the lions share of a-book profit is given back to the trader there is no alpha.

Traditional brick and mortar arcades would go as high as 65% profit split for the long term traders in the office but start as low as 30-50% once you got onto the desk. If the profit split on the retail props was 65% would we have this insolvency epidemic going on? I don't think so.

What you said is effectively the same as comparing a large group of small restaurants, all in competition with each other, and asking whether they’d still mostly be going out of business if they were buying their fish at the market for $25 per kilo instead of $30, but without understanding that (unless they’re serving caviar and champagne, maybe) ingredient costs have almost no impact at all on their bottom line.

In short, you just don’t know what you’re talking about.

Funding Pips silently introduced another rule. Trades with less than 2 minutes duration don't count if they are in profit.

Me too, although some said Tradovate was down before they locked down the Discord group and wouldn't allow any comments. I haven't had any issues with Tradovate this morning, except one on-going problem with Trading View (been happening for weeks though). After a couple hours I often can't move a stop loss or take profit (buy stop and buy limit), it just says "Failed to modify order. Cannot find TV order with id xxxxxxxxxxx. To learn more, please contact your broker." About once every 24hrs I get kicked out of Tradovate on Trading View and have to log back in again. I think it is after this random time that existing trades can no longer have their SL or TP moved, but I can still close the trade. Of course, those buy stop and buy limit (or sell) don't show up on Tradovate so I can't manage them their either. It's really annoying. I've contacted both Trading View and Tradovate and heard nothing back. I've asked in the Apex discord group, but my question gets deleted or overwhelmed and unnoticed by all the other flood of comments, hehe! I'd like to solve this because I prefer Trading View. I also haven't figured out how to move my SL or TP on the mobile app yet either. At any rate, this has nothing do do with Apex, just Trading View's integration with Tradovate.
