The best indicator to enter the market is to use price action and the Moving Average Crossover System.

According to me, trend identification is not something simple because Forex is a complex market place and trend identification is one of the toughest jobs. You are very much unlikely to find the trend using only one tool or indicator. To me, support and resistance can help you identify the trend to some extent but even then they are not enough.

Indicator is a very important tool to follow for predicting the market. There are a bunch of indicators. But personally I use moving average, RSI etc. But you don’t need to use any paid tool rather you should use the trading chart as a weapon to determine the trend.

Good entry but the exit with rsi cross in OB/OS brings great losses because of missing fixed SL....

I believe Moving Averages and Trendlines. But any indicator would be total Garbage, if you dont use it correctly.

Yep, Moving averages are really cool, and they work out well in the combination with trend lines I assume. But if it's more about trend, then it's enough to draw support and resistance levels, trendlines of course, and maybe analyze relative strength index. Moving average is useful more for positional traders, as to me, because their crossovers don't always indicate that something is about to happen, you know.
While taking EMA in combination with like MACD, open D1 chart - great. I assume it will work out even better than within lower timeframes.

You need to look at the chart just as your question suggests - there are actually 2 parts:

The 1st part is the Market Condition. This is where you determine the trend, as many said, Moving Averages in general can show you that.

The next and tricky part is the Entry Signal, many indicators for that, and that leads to another topic:

What kind of entry do you want to use; the basic is Breakout and the next is Retracement?

So, there you have the basics of reading the price action, and a trading plan, good luck.

Ever think about using such simple moving average combination as i show in my chart?

In my experience, one of the most effective indicators for entry signals and trend identification is the Moving Average Convergence Divergence. Normally I would see whether the pattern is broken, you know, an up trend is becoming a down trend. Pay attention to the double top or double bottom in this transition.

Does this indicator populate the arrow without lagging?
I mean, does the arrow show up as soon as the bar closes?
Or, does arrow show after many bars?
Because when I put up this indicator to my chart, it seems to be working very well; almost like automatic where to go long or short.
Therefore, I am curious if these arrows shows up after many bars. If so, it's useless.
Anyone?

Indicators are derivatives of historical price action. They offer no predictive power over random entry.
Trends are only available in hindsight. No one knows when a trend will start, for how long, or stop.
