I mean on one way the CTI interview could be less stressful because you can say anything just blabla and bluepausefillers to get the time passed away. But then you can get paranoid of being published everywhere and also some security concerns when your face is everywhere to be seen. On the other hand, at 5ers it could be worse if you need to explain your strategy in detail so that they understood what you are doing and maybe then can replicate it too. This is just giving away your edge like sending them your source code of your EA but here for the whole strategy in words instead of any code. Hard to decide which is worse, but for both I would hate to do.

dubai is secure normally at near any place (but quality of security service inside your tower can be very different, depends on the quality of the people , how strict are rules... many different parts).
but i dont know this corniche tower and could not find any reviews in google maps about, so cant say anything about. marina gate tower is ok, good view , i dont know how loud is sound/noice there in different flats at the moment (because of contruction work around), good pool, and good maintenance.

best is always to test it for 1 month and then decide. after 1 month you should know if its good or bad place. the quality in Marina gate should be much better, but maybe i am wrong because i dont know corniche tower.

same they have rules, when you give a negative review on any rating sites like trustpilot and so on, your account gets deleted. thats the only reasons why a lot of prop have still good ratings in average (of course additional fake ratings to hold average rating high are there included )

thats in general a total red flag for a company.

would say same like about trading. with 1 rating in corniche tower (your last link) i dont know anything about corniche tower, so i would test it by myself and not trust before this (same like never ever trust any trader without see his real account and has big amounts inside and done trading over many years and thousands of trades - before its waste of time to say anything about this trader performance).

The only good point of 5ers vs CTI is that in 5ers seems more like when they suspect of anything.
Ot at least that's what I hope. I already scaled once and about to be scaled again and they never asked me anything.
I guess they also have some "artists". Not sure if this story from 5er risk manager is true but I would not be surprised.

Anyone should be very wary of anyone using a company called west water associates for any technology, pricing or whatever. This is just bespoke in a pink tutu making outrageous loudmouth claims offering an OOTB fpfx competitor, only that we know they are frauds as they are bespoke.

Glonode has a similar solution, also complete bullshit. Maven use this.

The customer ( user ) will not ask what is mt5

Alright people just purchased 3 x 200k 2 step challenges.

1. Blue Guardian - 710$
2. ACG - 697$
3. Skilled Funded - 734$

Went for the cheapest best deals.

Lest's see how it goes.

Btw only have 1 funded account Bespoke(100k) which is unfortunately .5% negative.

Sent a message to CTI asking about the interview/video requirement. Curious what their response will be.

yea exactly, I can see myself only telling my strategy if I just succeeded with this in a few months and didn't have a superior system, but I'd rather quit a program than have to tell my secret sauce. that's crazy. They already have all the statistics they need like %win, risk/reward, whatever from your demo trading, but they can't reverse engineer it, that's why they need an interview--- like how Rome was able to reverse engineer Carthaginian ships to use to their own advantage. We as traders are like Carthage. Only we know how to trade and make money but we can't get capital without going through these elite who want our secrets, better to quit than tell these scum.

Honestly, I see no reason to pursue funding with any new firm right now. Trading preexisting accounts is fine. Maybe buying challenges through FTMO if you have the cash to blow. But most offerings that are available right now are garbage and/or high-risk.

Maybe ask yourself this question... based on the offerings that are currently available, which firm(s) would I like to see still operating once the dust settles? If you cannot name any, then don't trade with prop right now. If you can name a firm, then by all means, keep giving them your business, but do so with the understanding that they could be gone tomorrow.

There is no reason to keep giving these garbage firms your business. Let them sink. Or, at least demand that they change their terms/offering and refuse to do business with them until they comply. Do not settle, is my point; have some self-respect and do not give in to greed.

They may ask if they were not the ones trading the account....Not defending props but there are plenty of people that just give their names for the accounts, in exchange for a cut from the profits pool, without even having a clue of what a lot is.

Where do you know this ? ...-> because it puts the whole IP address thematic in a totally different light. So the props were right then when people "sold" their account.

I agree. And for CTI there is a way of screwing them with the video thing but I won't go in details about that. People should just use their imagination.

I'll try to milk something from them and never come back, of course.
