You posted the ex4 file, which is the compiled code, and we can not do anything with it.
I will certainly not download it, and I thinlk you should remove it from your post.
Most likely, you have been scammed.

PS. You can get almost any indicator for free.
There are literally thousands of indicators plotting arrow signals...

Oh, and BTW, check this one out:

I see what you mean, show lower tfs values too. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

MAs_MTF_toggle_wLabel

- plot lower mtf values too

Pic shows the same tf ma, on 1hr and 5min, the higher tf chart plots the last lower tf ma value.
