Of course if you're smart enough you'll BARTER your coin, so you pay no taxes on getting NEW ASSET.

i guess bitcoin wallets are essentially barter apps, but I think for merchants they have to adhere or they risk losing business licenses

Yes, this analyst seems to agree with my view. He is using different markers, he is more conservative and has used a little bit higher resistance level, but nonetheless above that $12500, we shall see price go all the way up to the previous top at least.

Notice how useless news are making a big story everytime we have a spike/drop.
Spike: BTC to the moon to 1million invest now!
Drop: BTC to $100 we are doomed!

Remember how everyone was downplaying the role of the BTC as safe haven until it spiked as fast as gold when everyone sensed that war was imminent. Reminds me how everyone was laughing at the internet, facebook, amazon in the early days. the court proceedings is that the lawyers for Dave Kleiman have completely obliterated a motion to dismiss that was filed by the Craig Wright attorneys. They used evidence that was helpfully supplied by a Reddit user that showed that the email was dated from 2014 and not 2012. that matters because… it shows the email was sent a year after Kleiman had died as opposed to while he was still alive.
