Sorry to bother you mates, is it possible to open a demo ECN Exness account?
I opened a numbers of demo account but i see only mini or classic account.

I am facing a strange issue since yesterday. Most of the times, i trade via my mobile MT4. Since yesterday its happening that MT4 not showing correct profits or losses. Yesterday when my DD was actually below 100 $ but MT4 showing it 1300$. At one time it was showing DD where my account was number wise blown. I was shocked by the numbers and these numbers were moving and continuously changing. I checked here and there that perhaps something strange may have happen in market but chart wise there was nothing serious to have that much high DD. Today, again that happen when MT4 was showing my profits in few hundreds but it then suddenly dropping to few dollars. when i checked chart, there was no such change in prices. Don't know whats happening around. Although these wrong number did not cost anything erroneous to my account but unfortunately that high DD which was shown yesterday was caught by my trade explorer. And now the explorer is showing a high DD% while it did not actually happen.

It is possible to open demo account of these account types: Mini, classic and ECN in Exness limited. However, if you are registered under Exness CY the only accounts available for you will be mini and classic for both real and demo accounts.

Our MT4 mobile platform is still functioning properly. We would like to have a screen shot of your platform which can be sent to us directly to [email protected]
We would like to check what seems to be the issue.
May I ask if you have tried to restart your platform or have tried to install it on a different device?

Very good broker. I have 3 different brokerage accounts but have been trading with exness the longest. No complaints whatsoever. So a vouch from me.

You are correct, Orders are archived every 35 days to reduce the load on the server in order to provide you with a good and fast execution.
However, any client can still monitor all account activity from the personal area, monitoring tab.

If you check the details provided there, you will be able to see all the history from the moment you opened your account.
If you have any other inquiries, do not hesitate to contact us.

I was aware of this -Monitor- but I'd prefer to see my full trading history in MT4.
Why?
Because I have created a FF Trade Explorer, with an Exness -cent- account that I use to experiment with entry methods, and
it only shows my trades since August (66 trades) since you have "archived" the rest.

I would like to see the total trading history I have since March 2017 (488 trades) in the FF Trade Explorer.

There isn't a way to do this?

In this case, you can contact our support team and they will assist you with providing a user history file in an Excel sheet if this can assist you with your Trade Explorer.
If you still do not think that this sheet can help you with your analysis, please contact us on [email protected] and let us know what can exactly help you as the archived history on MT4 cannot be retrieved.

Hello Exness ,

ReversFlash is right there , the full trading history is so much important for traders , that you should include it as standard option in the MT4 history and detailed report analysis , just as other brokers do.
