Hi Exness, i got Off quotes error on my ECN account due to partial closed, on Friday European session on GBPUSD. I cannot completely close the order. Then i go and read that "Off quotes error ECN account" on Exness website and understand.
I wonder if that can be fixed and i can close that order? I already chat with tech support and they said they're fixing it, but not get further response yet and i am now waiting till market open again.

Thank you for your response. I contacted with tech support this morning session and my problem be fixed.
i got shcnaid yesterday and today because of stop hunts and off-quotes on my phone.
Sl weren't triggered and price ran through with at least 50 points and still not triggering my sl. This in turn jeopardise my account equity and i have to face bigger than anticipated losses.
Off quotes - couldn't place hedged calls on losing trades this morning either.
Fx pro, im coming back home.

The above-mentioned orders were closed due to stop-out (SO) at 20:59:11 GMT+0, 2018.08.13. The orders in question were not fully hedged as the overall sell volume of <sell 0.4> lot was greater than the overall buy volume by <buy 0.39> lot. It is important to understand that despite the fact that only sell 0.01 lot was unhedged, the margin level was being calculated for all 0.79 lots as absolutely all orders were affecting the current equity. Given a floating spread, the net floating profit or loss from partially locked positions is constantly changing. This change is due to the fact that the profit or loss for the open buy orders depends on the Bid price, while the profit or loss from the open sell orders depends on the Ask price. When the spread widens, the overall result for all orders of one direction decreases significantly and is not adequately compensated by the orders of the opposite direction. Therefore, the net floating result decreases rapidly, which leads to a sharp decrease in account equity. Taking everything into consideration, we confirm that the execution of the orders in question was correct and carried out at real market prices.
