"95% of traders don't follow rules"
I don't have an opinion as to whether this statement is accurate or not but I do have an opinion that 95% of the "rules" that would-be traders follow are complete rubbish and merely reflect what would have worked in the last 3-6 months as opposed to providing a reasonable probability of positive outcomes in the future.
My suggestion - before you try to improve your trading outcomes by 'diligently following your rules', damn well make sure that those rules are not full of assumptions, but reflect your methodology that has been properly developed, tested and proven - for most, this takes years, not weeks or months.
