Our clients will be able to register an account in Exness Europe Limited as soon as its official website will be launched. It is expected to be ready by the beginning of 2017.

I totally agree with you . look at the EXNESS real ECN TERMINAL . false spikes candles . and exness is blaming their liquidity providers

at some point i got tired of "providing evidence"...just became too frequent and frustrating.
there, above, one "evidence"...the middle spike marked seem to be the only legit when i see other broker's chart, the others are off by a lot.
a trader want to trade, and not to waste every day to cross verify his/her broker where he got cheated by a chart ( intentional or not), where if it isnt pointed out goes under the carpet.
as i said, exness used to be good, deposit/withdrawal was their best point, but the excessive slippage, spikes on charts, spead...they just lost their edge/appeal/point to use them.
if a fairly regulated UK arm will ever come true, maybe worth a look...and that is even a question mark.
that promise keep getting postponed too, further into the future, for the very reason that many of the pirate way to take away money from clients wont exist anymore as possibility. thus exness has no intention to speed such opening.

Spikes issue on ECN account is being processing by our specialists of Complaint Department in cooperation with liquidity providers.

Let me remind you, Exness does not take any part in the formation of the pricing in ECN, clients' orders are directly transmitted to the interbank market. Current prices are primarily determined by the bids of participants in the system.

Also, please, be aware of the fact that if a client has reasonable arguments to believe our company violated their terms of trading conditions, he can send a request to our Complaints department to recheck the execution of his order.

My accounts are freeze since open market... mt4, mt4 terminal, mt4 android...
3 weeks ago happened the same, but it just take one hour and was fix it

I traded with Exness for a few years and I have not experienced problem with withdrawals, sometime its automatic but there are also time that it take a few hours for the money to arrive in your payment system,support is good and available even on weekend, but I do experience huge slippage from time to time adding more loses to my account which I dont experience with my current brokers and lately they keep on changing leverage which is very an annoying process.

Dear hao,

Thank you for your question and sorry for taking so long to reply.

According to our common deposit/withdrawal rules a client should use the same payment system/wallet/currency for depositing and withdrawing.

So, if you deposited a trading account via WebMoney, you have to use WebMoney for withdrawing as well.
