GU - 12.9 (very low, average was 25-35)
EU - 14.1 (it is ok, average is about 15)
1 distance (%)
XAU - 0.48% (low)
GU - 0.19% (very low, must be more than EU about 30%)
EU - 0.25% (standard)

Nice to see, couple days more and you are back in black.
Took only one trade everything felt random porridge, not even chaotic. If nothing happens tomorrow, will skip trading and check the EA file and set files for you and Rick.

Sorry about this post, first trade of week EJ, sharing good vibes. I was looking delta,deltavolume indies, but i dont know where those are coming from for EJas I told erlier post, many of my knife entries are good swing trade entries. {image}

Anyhow it looks oke (if EU,XAU,GU,UJ), big wide 1 min chart huge vol spike and negative, delta , i should wait it turns green.
I usually watch tape and look big order size or burst same stamp, pitty i cant use colors t&s when orders are under over bid/ask.
There was one important clue in UJ footprint. I hope FF import image without ducking. or i try to upload somehow will take some time. ( no idea why its not like anymore official MS snip tool).

There are a lot of approaches you can trade.
Let me show you one example.
This is 1h and higher TF tradign. Swing trading.
All you need is only 2 indicators: moving average and reverse candle.
I have my custom one, but I think you can find the same for free.
So, the setup:
1. EMA 50 close red
2. EMA 100 close yellow
3. EMA 200 close green
4. EMA 8 low purple
5. EMA 8 high purple
6. Reverse Candle
Now. Look and this
As you see here we have 100% result. Even with long signals on bear trend.
And this is just reverse candle trading.
I must say that if the market is choppy you can trade reverse candles with high success. If it is trending - just trade the trend direction.

My main problem is overtrading I think. And that I don't follow my rules.
And then look what happened? Losses. Better to stop at the "green field".
It is gambling: Tired, greedy, low volume. Sometimes revenge trades. That all lead to losses.

But i don't like the dude anymore, he is typical western shrink, who now try to adopt easy way for westerns this mindfulness Toro Shiiiit... which has taken an easy parts from Buddhist way and thinking about life.
and he is not expert or novice in that area.
By the way took AJ short, using my "ley" lines what you really like
I woken up 4 hours too early, so AU, AJ has become common entries early at morning.
