Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Navy says transit through the Strait of Hormuz is now secure, citing an end to U.S. threats and the introduction of new procedures. In its first response to the U.S. halting assistance for stranded ships, the Guards did not detail the measures but thanked ship owners and captains for complying with Iranian rules.
