US is blockading EVERYONE by blockading all ships that leave Iranian ports. They wouldn't have the moral or legal right to turn back Saudi, Iraq, UAE or Kuwait supply, BUT they know for a fact that Iran would also not allow their supply to be discriminated in favor of the OPEC.
