Yesterday they also renewed sanctions exemption on Iran and Russia, clearly they are allowing oil out - Iran dont import food except for cooking oil from Brazil (grown in farms the Republic own or leases) and other staples, but they can function without those, as 85% of the food is produced domestically.

Trump will not get a better deal than he could have had before the war started. The only question now is whether Trump will get a deal at all. And without a deal, Iran's entire nuclear development remains intact, which was Trump's main goal of the war.
