Democrats agenda: 1- Complain about Trump (and probably impeach him if they win the mid-terms) as he does what they know needs to be done. 2- Prepare for how they will funnel most of the money back to themselves and say the Republicans did it.

From a very corrupt business point of view, these guys know what they're doing. For reference, look at the cities and states they have controlled for decades. There has been an abundance of funds taken from its citizens but the only thing you see is the politicians ALL have become seriously wealthy while the city/state deteriorates (infrastructure, bridges, just dirty areas, etc).

It's like the mafia, yakuza, cartels, the nazi's, the communists formed their own political party in the US
