Australia’s digital assets bill passed in Parliament
The Corporations Amendment (Digital Assets Framework) Bill 2025 has passed both Houses of Parliament, finally giving local digital asset businesses the legislative clarity they have long been calling for. The move was described as a “significant milestone for Australia’s digital asset industry”.
