I've been shitting on Powell for quite some time now (not hiking enough, cutting too soon), however I do believe that next Fed chair will be much worse. Yes, he fuc'ed up by flooding the economy with trillions and creating disaster, however reluctancy to cut rates to zero even though everyone is pressuring him is noble.

If there was one Fed chair I would want to see in the Fed after Powell, that is Kevin Warsh. Anyone else will be a fuc'ing disaster. Basically, everything's on the line. From $ to the US economy and the Fed's independence.
