    Japan's tariff negotiator Ryosei Akazawa held "in-depth exchanges" over the phone with US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick on Thursday (Jul 3) and Saturday, the Japanese government said. A pause on a 24 per cent reciprocal tariff on imports from Japan expires on Jul 9, although US President Donald Trump has suggested the rate could be even higher. The Japanese government also said in a statement that it intends to continue actively coordinating with the US side on the matter, as it worked to avert higher tariffs. I suggest japan to concentrate another market instead of USA.if they interested in your products let tariff amount pay by USA companies or Individuals if they import.dont give importance to Mr.trump and USA and move on.since USA population is only 34.07 crores. How many cars or products they will import.so japan please don't fall to trump feet.

Japan does not need USA. USA need Japan. Trump must be careful otherwise whole financial system will collapse due to huge holding of US bonds of Japan.
