Trend lines like those will be smashed every time.

Looks like a bear flag but I think gold is bullish while above 1130. Will keep my long open with SL 1127. If price goes up but cant go above 1138/40 then Ill look for short opportunity down to 1100 area.

Right now looks like usdjpy found resistance on weekly trendline so I expect gold to go up...but always expect the unexpected

not up go down

Oh yea. And then ... down some more.

But better watch it. Might be called crabby for saying down.

I have a short on Silver, next target is likely 15.50 - 15.40.

Fantastic, i like to trade Gold and didn't know about this thread, your comments and videos really useful and supportive

Despite the fact that gold is more or less back to where it was in Jan, most gold investors remain sanguine, gold ETP holdings are only down 10% from 2016's peak, its the fast money thats fleeing gold and they sold at much higher levels back in sept. Retail is usually last to capitulate, I think this down trend is far from being done.

Gold formed a double bottom above $1,125 and bounced off that level, next target is likely $1,140.
