Gold is very close to a trend line on weekly. Maybe there will be a possible short term sell opportunity if forming a double top in the 1350/60 area before (or if) it will continue the up move.
Charts: XAUUSD/UJ/EU. Tools: stoch/daily pivots/fibo/channels. Scalper.

Turn the chart upside down & that's what you've got.
Should top out by 20.60. Drop to around 19.80.
Without having an understanding of down, you can never appreciate up.

I am going to buy and hold on next pullback. Got a feeling we are in a new bull cycle now for Silver

a risk-free SLW options trade, using 3x Aug/Sep SLW calendars, as shown....cheap SLW put vertical guards the downside....to guard the upside buy a pile of SLV Aug call verticals @ $21.5/$22 for $0.03...the ratios matter, but they can be changed. Only reason to go SLV verticals for the upside guard is the SLW calls run out in Aug at $32.

You got me on that one. I am not too good with combos like that. I reckon options for SLV will see a pretty big spike up when they open on Tuesday in America.

yes, probably. Gold is bid...you can watch the futures..../GC up about $15 in Asian Monday....I asked about correlation to see if you might have a plan to hedge your long SLV calls....

10 yrs of /GC monthly candles....where will gold go in the next year or two? If the EU project keeps showing cracks, the credit risks will be huge, flight to safety could be dramatic, gold could run up like 2009-2012
