your indicator is not a source code of mq4 ,so the closest thing is the indicator that alerts the colors change in heiken ashi,
If you had source code i could perhaps put into it an alert,

I have just compiled the mq file with scite software in post 11569 site 579 here in this thread. By compiling the mq will be the changes not saved in the mq file, only in the ex4. So the best is, you make your changes in the mq and compile it by yourself.

I'm using a simply system

5 SMAs on the High and on the Low

If bar close above 5 in up trend - buy

If bar closes below 5 in down tend - Sell

I need a indicator that alerts me when a bar closes above or below 5 ( or any MA )

I dont know how to code it, can you help me ???

Just stumbled on this new MODE ea. Seams you are getting closer to solution. So I am testing it right now and I will let you know the results.
Its just that we cannot test on mt4 tester.

Its the attached indicator...3SYSTEM WEEKLY.
Can you please make the lines WIDTH and STYLE user adjustable on EACH line. Just OPTIONS for changing width and style on each line. Thats all.

hello.
could someone help me modify this market profiler indicator? i try to learn MQ4 language, but still never understand any buffering, using obj, and alot (basicly i know nothing ). i want this indicator appear on big body candle (example on H1, body candle are more than 30pips). and i hope to see the mq4 file, because i want to learn how it work. thanks anyways.

If not, adding Moving Average input will also be helpful in finding out Moving Average Distance (in pips) or trend direction from the price with the moving average drawing vertical thin lines for each bar or highlighted cloud graphics for each timeframe selected. For TP and SL a band drawn by pips distance from the priceline will complete the system.

If inputs for both currency pair and moving average are put then it becomes a visually appealing MTF multi-currency system indicator.

That's very good.......But how do I show WIDTH per line.......that is......making EACH line's thickness different in size from the other.

What you have done is for global(ALL LINES) to show same width......I am trying to make them different in WIDTH from each other.

And style, also, please.

The attached pic shows the top and bottom lines as thicker than the middle ones......that's what I am asking for,Sir. Advise if I am missing a point.

I am away from my data base on holiday ( with very limited internet ) so cannot help you however even if I was in a position to code your request unfortunately I do not understand elements of what you are requesting.
