What now? some ppl say it gona go up to 600 this year, others says BTC will drop till 50$. The market has contradictions but this is ridiculous!!!
Bitcoin can do both: $50 and $600 within weeks or even days.
The reason why this instrument is so volatile is because it is floating freely in the open market, and it is not pegged to any other asset or controlled by anyone. Central banks, for example, work day and night to ensure that their national currency price appears stable, for the sake of trade, exchange reputation and for their own (central banks') credibility. This is not possible with Bitcoin, and in this sense its volatility is both natural and to be expected.
As a trader, you want to find the hidden dynamic of the Bitcoin price chart, and then speculate in it. There is no other price chart that covers Bitcoin's large price distances. If you get the direction right, the distance will turn your leveraged bet into generous profits.

BTCC 1-day chart: The last price low made strong RSI reverse divergence to the late-Nov base of advance, forcing a reversal to the upside.
The stochastics are turning up (magenta circle) and price is back above the 1day 20MA (green).
However, there is a strong resistance layer sloping down across recent lower highs (grey) and price may reverse back into decline from this ceiling.
If we see price break above this resistance layer while MACD (top) crosses above its zero line, that could see $500 and then 2014 resistance at $680 challenged. All eyes on June's block reward halving - so an exuberant rally now should pull back on profit-taking - whether at the resistance ceiling or from a 2014 S&R level.
