Thank you very much for this. I think it is definitely almost there.
The problem is that it shows a large number of highs when at the bottom of the chart and a low number when at the top. That does not help with finding good SR areas.
The line needs to record the total number of times it is TOUCHED by a high or a low or where a high or low is within close proximity to it, not how many highs or lows are above it. The proximity in pips can be user defined.
By recording the number of highs and lows touching or in close proximity to it (i.e. x number of pips from the line) it can be dragged up or down until the optimal location where there are a large number of lows and highs touching it or within close proximity of it.
That is exactly what we try to do with our eyes.
Do you think you could kindly take it the next step and make this a reality? That would be one of the absolute best tools in the market because it would mean that we could all place our SR lines in very accurate places where there is a lot of congestion.
