On a positive note, I'm liking c trader charting and no dealing desk

Thats really bad, isit true the minimum you can withdrawl is you initial deposit. So id have to make atleast 100% profit before i could get any funds??

I had some small "problem" when I requested withdrawn, last week.
Is there somebody had problems asking money, or mine was just an accident?

Hi there!

To clarify, you are able to withdraw less than you deposited. What we mean is that you should withdraw back to the same method you used to deposit, before being able to use any other method for profit withdrawal. For example, lets say you fund $500 by credit card. You can withdraw back 'up to' $500 back to that card. (so you could withdraw in increments of 100 for example, there is no minimum withdrawal amount) Only once you have withdrawn the total amount you deposited by card, back to that card, will you then be able to use bank wire transfer to withdraw any profits.

So, I'm still waiting for her answer...from the last Friday....................................

Ok, your colleague Marina C. emailed me with a generic phrase that clarifies nothing (after 3 days), and then disappeared again, she didn't answer an e-mail that I sent her 3 minutes after...very unprofessional behavior...

Its so annoying I keep wanting to go with this broker for their negative balance protection but everyday I keep hearing problems. Whats the issue your experiencing? if you dont mind me asking?

Hi guys

I am a fxpro customer for about 6 months now after changing my broker from failed alpari after 7 years.I must say guys if you are a serious trader Fxpro is awesome, I am reading some messages here and I think some of them are fake or very unprofessional traders that dont know what they are doing.
As I said Fxpro so far for me works perfectly withdrawals same day etc. execution is perfect too.

If I understand correctly you should apply and get the FXPRO debit card for most purchases. That should cover most of your day to day money requirements ,of course, assuming you have the necessary funds or profits in your account.

Ok, I try to explain what happend, so I can clarify the previous posts and write an opinion that can helps somebody in the future.

I opened an account with FxPro 2 months ago with the target to test a new method for the forex, and in the same time, test a broker (Always looking for better).
I made many different small deposits ("many" I mean 8 or 10, and "small" I mean minimum 200,00 Euros up to 1000,00. I'm not at home now, I don't have the book with all the details) and I did it before by Paypal, and than with Credit Card.

I traded for two months with no particular problem...probably some re-quote, but many brokers have them. I tryed also the cTrader, they say is ECN...and I also requested and got the FxPro MasterCard. So, everything was perfect.

Around one months ago I made the first withdrawal by Paypal. 300,00 Euros, no problem. Around one week later a made another one for 310,00 Euros, no problem.
Trading in the last two months was great, I earned around 2500,00 Euros in total. So last week my idea was to withdrawal just a part of my profit by Paypal. I needed money on my Paypal account for personal reasons.

So I made the request...but this time the "Transaction has been declined", reason: "Please refund the remaining amount within 6 month period by credit cards method first".


And I think "strange, I still have remaining amount also by Paypal, why should I refund before the credit card? The first deposits were by Paypal, just the lastest two by credit card".
Then I think about the rules antifraud, in Italy we have it.
So, a little bit frustrated, I accept this, I ask withdrawal all the amount deposited by credit card, and after I ask again a part by Paypal.


The transactions for the credit card have been approved, but the transactions for Paypal have been declined, again. Reason: "Please resubmit your request in the following amounts in EUR: *****" Where ***** are the amounts of the previous deposits.


When I see again the transactions declined I started to think about all those stories that you can read on internet, talking about scam brokers that love you when you lose money, hate you when you earn and try everything possible to don't you withdrawal your money, so you can loose them with trading.



So I receive an e-mail from Marina C. (Client Accounting Officer FxPro) where she writes: "Please be advised that withdrawals are made as refunds, therefore the amounts you will have to withdrawal have to be the same as the remaining amounts left (the ones you have deposited). Kindly note that if you submit the amounts requested the process will be much easier and faster."

Very, very strange. One month ago I received a withdrawal of 300,00 Euros that was the same amount of one of my deposits, so ok. But I also asked and got a withdrawal for an amount of 310,00 Euros that i NEVER deposited. Never. So, why this problem now?

So I write an e-mail where I explain that there was no problem in the past for a different amount. Why is there a problem now?

Marina C. answer: "Please note that since you have made the withdrawal by credit cards and you have refunded the remaining amount left by credit cards, you can now withdrawal by PayPal method.

In addition please note that the amounts left to be withdrawn by PayPal do not necessarily have to be the full amount you have deposited since the deposits have been partially refunded before."


What a answer! Do you read before you write??

So i write her again, asking to clarify the situation because her last e-mail has no sense.
It was Friday afternoon, probably she didn't read before the office close (I repeat "probably"), so she didn't answer.
I waited for clarication on Monday morning, but nothing, so in the late morning I forward again the e-mail.

I receive an answer in the afternoon, just 5 minute before the Accounting team office close.
Marina C. wrote: "Please be informed that the amounts given are the correct amounts left for you to withdrawal. Deposits by PayPal can be refunded partially therefore a deposit can be split and refunded for different withdrawal requests."

So I asked why the transactions have beed declined and this is your answer?? Are you serious? all entire day for this stupid answer???

I immediatly wrote her asking to clarify the situation...but of course, the office closed, she ran at home.


And I was still thinking that everything was a trap, and probably FxPro was a scam. They declined transactions and answer at the e-mail with generic phrase (copy and paste) and loose time because they want to keep the money??? Or probably Marina C. is inadequate to her work??


In the evening a got in contact with Lianna by chat. She say that she need to speak with the Accoutning team the day after, because also she sees that the e-mail that they sent me "are not clear".

So I had to wait one more day....and the day after I got another e-mail from Marina C.: "As of now, your withdrawal requests will be processed without us requesting you to split the transactions."


So, after that, I was sure, for my point point of view Marina C. or is stupid, or is drunken when she works (and I would say more....but I don't).

4 days that I'm asking a valid reason why my transaction was declined when in the past there was no problem, and that is your answer??

In the end I emptied my account with many small withdrawals, I have no more trust in FxPro at moment. Or, I have to say better, I don't have trust in people like Marina C. that works there, keep and manage my money, but is not able to write a decent answer.


Lianna tried the clarify the situation with some e-mails, and I can just thanks her for the effort and time spent.

I also received an e-mail from Eleni N., Clients Accounting Supervisor , that "apologies for any inconvenience caused to you by our procedures for PayPal" (The procedure? but if 1 month ago I receved the withdrawl without problem...)


After many e-mails I still don't understand why they declined those transactions. So for me the situation is still not clear, and I don't want think about my money in the hands of unprofessional people like Marina C. Everything should be like a bank, transparent, clear, no joke when we are talking about the money. Especially when there are so many broker-scam and it is so easy thinking to be in a trap.


CONCLUSION


At the end I have to say for sure that FxPro IS NOT SCAM. About it I don't have doubt now.

Lianna made a great job in this situation (again thanks a lot Lianna).


I just was unlucky to have problem with that person of the Accounting team.

I opened an account with another broker, I moved there part of the money, and I'm testing it.


The account on FxPro is empty now. I would like to use it, but I don't trust in somebody of the Accounting team.

Probably in the future....I don't know.

I would like to be alerted when somebody leaves the Accounting team, I would be happy to come back and use FxPro again.

I think all UK regulated brokers are awesome just make money then you can have it.
i have took a lesson from my account with fxsalt non regulated is a problem and FCA did act in alpari bankruptcy problem .

I have another question on your negative balance protection in clause 5.1 from your client agreement.

24.2 A force majeure event is as an event or circumstance, including but not limited to any natural, technological, political, governmental, social, economic (including without limitation to the suspension of a currency) or similar event or circumstance that occurred after a transaction in a financial instrument occurred and such event or circumstance has not been anticipated at the date of entering into the transaction. In addition to the above, a force majeure event may include instances of illegitimate actions against the FxPro servers that may be outside the control of with the client or FxPro.

23.5.7 amend any of the content of the Client Agreement on the basis that it is impossible for FxPro to comply with it.

Surely those two statements completely go against any "guarantee" you give your clients and means that you could ask for negative balances in the event but not limited to any natural, technological, political, governmental, social, economic (including without limitation to the suspension of a currency) or similar??

Please allow me to elaborate:

Force majeure and NBP are two distinctly separate matters, whereby one does not render the other null and void.

Force majeure in essence is an event or circumstance which has not and/ or cannot be anticipated, occurring in a variety of potential scenarios outside the control of either parties affected. This may consequently have an unprecedented impact on the operations of the Firm, and as a result potentially any transactions entered into by clients which were entered into and remain open at the time. Under a force majeure event, NBP will still be guaranteed as mentioned above however, FxPro may be required to undertake certain course(s) of action, which could affect the orderly operations of the Firm and its licensed offerings.

Allow us to demonstrate with a real-case scenario:

The events surrounding the Swiss Franc on January 15, 2015, constituted a Force Majeure event. Due to the unexpected magnitude which affected most FX brokerage firms and clients (especially those who were short CHF), unprecedented levels of slippage were experienced. FxPro consequently informed its clients that it was suspending the offerings of CHF pairs to be traded, and all positions closed with negative equity were covered by the Firms NBP policy, however normal losses occurred due to the vast levels of slippage where the orders were executed correctly in accordance with FxPros Order Execution Policy, were not.

The bottom line is that the Negative Balance Protection is something that we have always been offering, always have been proud to offer it, and always have been honouring it, and more over, we encourage all our peers to implement these safeguards for their clients.

the problem is not "the PayPal withdrawal process", because if there is a rule, I don't have problem to follow that rule.

The problem is that your accounting team does not respect "the PayPal withdrawal process" (in my case they didn't).
The problem is that your accounting team can decline the withdrawal transactions without a valid reason.
The problem is that your accounting team is not able to write an e-mail for clarify a situation.
The problem is that your accounting team ignores the e-mail from your clients.

...I think that the problem is your accounting team.

What happens if a false spike forms on CFD shares? For example on Adidas German shares a false spike formed on 26 may on Fxpro MT4. This huge spike (over 26%) wasn't formed on exchanges. I have checked with yahoo finances and with another CFD broker and the spike wasn't there. Will I lose my whole capital when one of these false spikes form even if it was a false spike and not a natural one?

You are currently my broker, my first with real money. I have a question regarding getting my position filled on quite a Few occasions I don't get filled during high volume moments I only trade eu, Can you tell my why I am not getting filled please I really don't understand why?

Ive been very satisfied with fxpro customer services is outstanding, only problem I've had on 1 occasion where I couldn't get rid of 1 position for over 4 mins really frustrating

Which positions get filled first, instant orders or orders that have been placed already?
