What are the regulators for Exness ? and more specific what is the difference when you choose EXNESS LIMITED (VC) or EXNESS CY LTD in regards with the regulators?

thanks for your reply one more question why there is this difference between them in regards their registration? i mean why is it easier to register to EXNESS LTD rather than the CY one ? is it safe?

The difference is due to different requirements which are stricter in EXNESS (CY) LTD. However, to register a trading account in either company branch is safe in terms of money security. Clients' money is stored in segregated bank accounts.

Hi Exness rep, I am having an issue with the historical bars with your platform. On M30 it only shows up to April 24th and on H1 it doesn't go further down from March 23rd. Tried refresh & deleting / re-downloading history but doesn't fix it. Is this a feature of the mini accounts or some issue from your side? Perhaps I should do the charting on another symbol (XXXUSDk or XXXUSDf)?

You can download the quotes from our website https://www.exness.com/history_quotes. You might as well find the comments on the bottom of the page quite useful.

As I have checked the quotes for NZDUSDm on the website are availalbe for several months.

Thanks for your reply. I downloaded the quotes for nzd (month 2/15 is missing though) and imported them in history successfully, but still they do not appear in the chart. Is there no other way to have them on the chart? My indis need the old feed to draw.

Hello sakisf,

I tried to reproduce the issue that you are facing and I succeeded: I imported the quotes into the NZDUSDk M30, refreshed the chart, but could still see the quotes starting from the end of April. However, as I closed the chart and opened it once again, I got the quotes for the last two months.

Inspite of this, I tried the same on NZDUSDm M30. Unlike the 'k' pair, the 'm' chart refreshed automatically right after I imported the April 2015 quotes and closed the History Centre window. Anyway, it is advisable that you close and open che chart again after the quotes import.

As far as I know, there is no other regular way to add quotes to the chart except for adding them bar by bar manually by using the 'Add' option of the History Centre.

one note of caution dealing with exness is that Aud pairs spreads are very huge and can reach 6pips on non-news events, slippage can reach 15pips wide open using stop orders, so the moment you enter you already lost 21pips, how insane is that? very likely to stopped out. Very frequent re-quotes. No fixed spread for cent account. Very contrary to the advertising of low tight spreads.

Other than high leverage (which is likely to work against traders), there is not much out there to look forward to. Thinking of moving over to Activtrades after months of using them.

As far as requote issue is concerned I would like to point out that requotes are the common problem in a fast-moving market, normally around the time of an important finacial news announcement.
The requote message usually appears in your platform to let you know that price has moved giving you the opportunity to choose whether or not you are willing to accept that price.
You might want to consider the following recommendations on how to decrease the number of requotes while trading in a volatile market:
1. Using EXNESS free VPS-service, thanks to which pinging a trading server is extremely fast;
2. Enabling maximum deviation from quoted price when placing a position in your MT4 "New Order" window;
3. Using trading instruments with market execution.

I hope I made some things clearer to you but anyway I am waiting for your feedback via email or a new post here - it is certainly up to you.

Hey there, I am having some issues opening orders in AUD today. Happened with NZD too last week but only for a couple tries. It doesn't let me open any order (maybe for my good ) and gives me constantly invalid price reply.

Could you please check if there is an issue?
