i am a new trader for exness from india....i cant trade crude oil....can you tell me why this is happening and indian customer service is poor as the customer care unit knows only hindi ...the representative does not even speek english.

DislikedI have a question about aud/usd - nzd /usd spred in exness aud/usd spred in classic account is 2.5 -4.8 pip and wide to 12 pip in news in mini account is higher than classic account I checked spred with other brokers , in broker with fix spred aud/usd spred is 3 pipIgnored

Dislikedworst broker ever seen. when you start making money in scalping later too many off quotes and slippage and they have very good excuse that dnt trade on high volatile market what D F When you are with big lots and scalping 5-10 pips you will never able to close your trades with desired profit. Many complaint raised but no solutions so i stop feeding them my money, even 21 email exchanges but every time a new customer executive dumb ass sent email with same excuse to send the trading logs and advising not to trade in volatile market hahahahhaha...Ignored
