Dislikedsome trader sold 64 mt of gold today on spot market, causing this sell off. However, the tone still remaind bearish, gold was booted from recent highs and failed to keep above 1325. Trading at 1300, however daily losses extended as far as 1286. Once 1270-75 is taken out, further move down towards 1190-1200 is expected. This is also supported by weak price action on Platinum, currentry trading @ 1438, however with CNY news overnights, could extend losses to 1415-20 area initially, if this won't hold the price, Platinum can crack more downside and...Ignored

Easter (Holy Week) is the excuse, not the reason!
If you are wondering why the ranges are very tight and the pairs are
displaying erratic behavior?......
The dealers are using this time to work the crosses and hold the levels
on the major pairs.
This is a common behavior during certain holidays and summer months.
Don't get sucked into the trap because you feel that you have to take
a trade this week.
Eur/Cad, Gbp/Cad, Gbp/Jpy, Aud/Jpy, xxx/JPY, and Gold were handled
last few nights, also take a look at NZ crosses.
Do you think these countries don't recognize the Holy Week? Of
course not.
This is the reason! The dealers are building volume in majors and will
correct or rise big.
Take a look at USD/JPY Safety trades last two nights that were available
to you clean!
Only take trades that make sense !
