I have noticed that on previous Sunday... the "problem" with this is that require strong discipline, something that many traders do not have....

The other "problem" is that something that happened in the past is not sure that will happen again

In any case this cross is one of the most basic in technical analysis...

The glaring difference for me is that Gold had been in a long term uptrend there, and this "Golden Cross" noted on the historical chart indicated bullish continuation of the uptrend after some correction, which was obviously a really good indicator of that strong continuation.
I personally use EMA not SMA. The 200EMA and 50EMA crossed on the weekly chart back in November, confirming a long term downtrend shift. On a daily chart the 200 & 50 EMAs have become very close recently, but the 200EMA is still above the 50EMA, so for my view we're still in a longer term downtrend as far as moving averages go.
Clearly there is going to be heavy movement at some point in the near future and it certainly could go either direction, given geopolitical mess amongst other things but current PA is telling me pressure is building for another huge move South.
If we're talking historical patterns, last time that the 200 & 50 EMAs were this close (Jan 2013), PA was consolidating for some weeks at around $1675 before dropping $500 over the following 6 months. I can't say that would happen again obviously as it doesn't really have that far to go (does it??!!), but my own view is that once common sense prevails in Russia (if ever...) then I will be watching for another large selloff and widening of the EMAs. This is my own analysis and I am only discussing this here, not arguing against anyone else's viewpoint at all. Having said all that, I try not to fall for 'analysis paralysis', and let the price action dictate how I trade, it's been a steep learning curve for me that's for sure!
My view is that there is a heavy data week next week, Yellen gets another chance to add rhetoric midweek and we end with NFP which I am 'betting' is a big positive number and I would not be surprised if there is a new recent low made as a result of the whole weeks data combined. A lot of sideways action early on in the week until the data gives momentum in either direction.

I am new here, does anyone can suggest me a good broker to trade spot gold or gold future for scalp. low spread and cost prefered.

Monday is the last day of the month but in South East Asia, Japan, it is also the end of fiscal year... so watch out.

How about Gold continuing the downtrend until 61,8% and reverses after nonfarm on friday, might as well put pending orders for both directions before the market opens on Monday.

I believe Gold to go down, and as nonfarm forecast is high, the USD is going to get stronger = gold down.

Also, the EMA 50 is crossing the EMA 200 again in the Daily chart.

I am so confused.

However, this can also be a Cup+Handle pattern, if looked at 1D chart. If that is true, we are currently at the handle, and can expect a sudden break upwards.
