DislikedStill... There's a clear 2 pip difference between the profit showing on my computer and the profit showing on my app... The trade is a few days old, something to do with the roll over? no idea but it's pissing me off a little., Both applications are showing the same bid/askIgnored
Disliked{quote} Are you using the tradestation II platform or the Metaquotes platform?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Metaquotes (MT4) Om the Iphone I just have the standard AppIgnored
Disliked{quote} Well the rollover shouldn't be accounted in the spreads P&L so this is weird.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yeah they usually take all the rollover out or in after I close the trade(s) It's suspect is what it is// First time I've noticed it..Ignored
Disliked{quote} Well no, in terms of the rollover, it's deducted in the P&L in money value terms and not pip value terms. So I am finding it rather weird that your pips are being deducted when it shouldn't be.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I'm not sure what the case is.. The only issue here is that I am logged into the same account looking at the same trade... Both platforms showing the same bid and ask. Yet on one the profit is saying one thing and on the other the profit is saying another... Conclusion... Wtf I know which platform I'd LIKE to close the trades on.. But would that translate in the same way when all is said and done.,. ? No idea =Jason... wtfIgnored
Disliked{quote} Call them. File a complaint if necessary and if the P&L is not in contingence.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Who can be fked, it's only my bucket shop account.. I'd rather do this publicly I have 400 subscribers on another forum but I won't be taking this issue to that one until I hear from the source what the real deal is.. If they're fking me, then I guess that's their choice. I also have a choiceIgnored
Disliked{quote} Well all they'll do is blame it on the system for most likely the result.Ignored
DislikedHi Jason Rodgers Can you explain why my FXCM Mobile app is showing a 38.8 pip profit and my MT4 platform on the computer for the same trade is showing a 36.2 pip profit? I've been watching it for 5 minutes and the discrepancy remains like wtf?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi Walter, You mentioned that your MT4 platform was showing a "36.2 pip profit" at the time in question. I'm assuming that you're looking at the value in the Profit column on the Trade tab of your MT4 Terminal window. If that's the case, please right-click on that number. Then go to Profit in the menu that appears. I'd like you to check whether you're looking at Profit "as Points", "as Term Currency" or "as Deposit Currency". Thanks, JasonIgnored
