Disliked{quote} Yeah. I just ran the Fib' extensions over past DeMark target lines & found the 5th wave or main target lined up in all cases with the 161.8 FE. wave 3 coincides with the 100 FE......... Haven't used FEs in the past as never sure where to pin them, but by pinning them to the Demark line I get spot on results. Not that it matters. Just interesting to note as I have always thought there had to be mathematical equations to the DeMark lines.Ignored
That's a good idea - pinning Fib extensions to the demark lines. It should work. Strange thing about Fibs is they work from almost anywhere on a chart as long as you consistently pin them at the same relative position in a wave structure - a pattern will emerge! I became convinced of this in a FF thread called "WHy do people use Fibs" (or something like that) and one of the traders was showing off all these arbitrary Fib pin-and-extend tricks. - no matter where he started and ended - as long as he used the same places in other waves (or subwaves) PA almost always hit his FE. Since DeMark method is consistent in what it's measuring (and where from) then it should provide a perfect basis for Fib extensions.
