Well, finaly i changed my mind. Sorry again. TP 1223.

See how the daily traders work their magic and then move their positions along day by day. over the whole move of the past few days there has been a big fund involved and it is about to finish for the week. When they TP out, the market will move away again. That big bubble is that fund. Watch what happens...

As expected, a drop and then retracement to higher levels then we see them close out with their profit and market moves nicely again.

IF and it's a big IF at this point the FED actually does announce that "tapering" will begin Gold / Silver will likely drop on the news.

However, Any low new or a test of 1180 will likely be bought up as it is really just another opportunity for discounted gold / silver.

At this point the reaction after about two days will be of little importance in my view.

aussie almost @ 8919. gold retesting and playing 1h support. its. how will hit the trigger first? aussie 8919 or gold breaking 1h support.

i think its not coming in dec, as inflation well below their target of 2% which ben said many time is our major objective.

Looks like gold will put in a new low today and sell off a bit more than expected.

Don't forget you're trading USD derivatives. That's why there's a correlation between AUD and XAU. What are othe USD crosses doing?

I saw green zone in ur chart, means the gold might goes into the green zone ?

The correlation between AUD and XAU is because OZ is one of the biggest gold producing countries in the world

yellow for cable, green for audusd, violet for eurusd.
it differs, audusd is the closest. might try other usd crosses later...

I see from this forum and others that the majority of people believe that tomorrow will have a big fall in this pair...

If gold goes down below the main bubble, then it really will go a long way down. So far it looks like it is behaving well and doing what it should do. As long as it stays out of that green zone we know that the world is still in trouble financially. The green zone means that we will be moving out of recession and into normal behaviour for all markets, S&P will sell of into a lower range, Euro will drop in value, inflation returns to Japan with a good increase and the FED stops priniting money because the employment rate has exceeded 7% and inflation is more positive so they can raise interest rates.

Everything I mentioned above must occur before gold drops lower. It must all occur within a 14 to 28 day period. If id does not, then gold will rise in price. Simple economics on a global scale. Any Reserve bank governor and their advisors know this. Global economics is different to personal economics because it works the opposite way around. People pay the government's money. The governments spend the people's money. Governments always spend more than people pay to them. A budget is a spending target to a government, whereas to people a budget is a spending limit. When a government exceeds their spending limit, they simply print more money/borrow from another source/sell some gold reserves/advertise services to other nations' citizens/spend even more and blame it on the economy. Whatever a government does cannot be stopped by a single person. It takes an entire generation or revolution to stop bad behaviour. Both end up with death as the result. People like to spend money more than they like to die. People would rather pay higher taxes than die of starvation.

Modern governments are fairly capable of abusing power and escaping without criminal prosecution because people don't die as a result immediately. War happens when people disagree with the rulers and make sure that the abuse of power stops. Good governments listen to their people, bad ones just kill them and everyone they spent time with. The price of gold tells us how good the global management is. The higher the price, the worse the global management is. Amazing how bad it got up to 2011. Now it's improved a bit, but that is the problem: it's not real improvement. Real improvement would see gold drop to $250-$280 an ounce and good global leaders put into power instead of (imo) the many fools we have today who have wrecked the lives of billions of people forever. When peole start voting for good governance instead of more money in their pockets, then we will see a return to common sense. That will not happen. People want money more than common sense.

Money for nothing is the same as government printing notes that are worth nothing and giving it to the Poor to spend at the Wealthy's shops. The Wealthy find ways to not pay money to the government and not employ the Poor. The Poor borrow money from the Wealthy and can't pay it back, so government pays the Wealthy on behalf of the Poor. The top 1% Wealthy of the world avoid paying 90% of taxes, forcing the Poor to pay instead so governments don't go bankrupt. The Wealthy stay wealthier and the Poor just get poorer. In an ideal world, th Wealthy should invest 90% of their net wealth into public capital projects to save the nations from bankruptcy and to ensure that the projects are not illegitimate/fraudulent/waste of money/poorly managed and get tax cuts as a bonus for completing long term investment. World is not ideal. It's built for criminals by criminals to benefit criminals and the whole lot is glazed over with injustice and law.

In short: People want money more than common sense. People like to spend money more than they like to die. People would rather pay higher taxes than starve. People would rather get more money for less effort and if possible, money for doing nothing. That is what is happening. It's called democracy: the ability to vote money into your pocket and wealth into the banks (just not yours.)

Twisted logic, but cannot dispute the thought. I however disagree with your view:
