Trend has been down from beginning of the year....

Call me crazy then, but going long with tight SL is riddiculusly easy at the moment. Today i have had 2 longs with all BE exits. Nothing lost.
Sooner or later i will catch the right entry and cash 1000+ pips easy.
Also i had 2 shorts. +120 and +60.

On long term, i wouldnt go long or neither short now. Scalps are ideal for current situation.

Yes, but scalp with the trend not counter. Picking bottoms, leads to smelly fingers. GL.

And those black bars are like a runaway train screaming down hill.

Can't be anymore obvious to someone with normal vision.

But what is black and white and plain as day are those who are suffering with this drop. The ones who look for excuses and finger point.

Same thing happens when price is going the other way - up.

Shoe is on the other foot. And ya know when that happens. Bada bing.

I still don't understand why people are complaining about some kind of "manipulation".

If you think price must go up, and it is going down. It is obvious that you are the one being manipulated, not the price.

It is self-deception!

Retail Forex traders do think that they're "investing" on a skills based assumption rather than gambling. They are gamblers, but most of them don't know about this.

You believe there are systems, and indicators and Price Action to predict the future. Nobody can predict what will happen. And those indicators, ALL LAG Big time, and won't reduce the HOUSE EDGE, if any. Even if you consider there is an edge, well.. In BlackJack and Roulette you have an edge too. So, we are talking about a Gambling Business here.

Sure, right now you can do a good trade and believe that it was thanks to your indicators... You wil be entusiastic, feeling like Shia Labeuf in Wall Street 2 and feeling like a winner and intelligent trader... Sure, enjoy that belief if you want.

In long term, you will lose, like everyone else.

Of course you will now dislike me for telling you the truth, but believe me... You will lose long term like 99.6% of traders LOSE.

That's the sad truth.

The news is true. But maximum impact would be of about 6 tons of Gold per annum. Compare that with the leveraged choreographed naked short of 400 tonnes on put options on futures that got the price here that's killing us.
