DislikedHi McTrade,
Thanks for pointing this out. It will be resolved during this weekend's scheduled maintenance, and that in turn should correct the error with the weekly pivot levels you mentioned earlier. Did you get a chance to confirm whether you can now see the correct pivot levels for the other time frames aside from the weekly pivots?
Thanks again, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

DislikedHi PT,
Great question. The benefit of having a custodial trust account in your name with Bank of America is that bank accounts in the US are FDIC insured. FXCM has been pushing for years for there to be similar insurance for individual forex accounts in the US, but currently none exists. That means if a forex broker in the US goes bankrupt, the money of that broker's clients would be at risk.
That means for those of us trading in the US, the financial strength of our forex broker is of utmost importance. As one of the few publicly-trade forex...Ignored
DislikedHi Jason,
Was just searching for something like this and your post came up. I just did a quick read, and saw that the minimum requirements for a custodial account is USD500K. Is there anything else that FXCM can offer for someone with USD50K or USD100K ? How about other FXCM branches ? I currently reside in a country that does not have any FXCM branch/franchise, so I'm open to suggestions.
Much thanks.

DislikedHi,
On a separate note, I am currently a money manager with another brokerage. Though I am happy with spreads, service and withdrawal times, I find that their back end reporting for MMs are very, very basic. Apart from a transaction record, there is very little else. It makes statistics and analysis very tedious, as everything has to be done by hand.
Would you happen to know if FXCM would be able to provide something more substantial, or possibly even automation to generate and send reports to clients ?
Thanks again.
