crap, stopped out again. I'm done trading for a while. I will wait for the trend to be clear. I think problem is I'm trying to trade within what I think is wave 4 where the corrections are long-drawn out and complex. This wave is a killer, most whipsaws occur in this wave, so I'm staying out till the 4H chart is clearly bullish/bearish.

Ok, now we are moving.

Order still in place.

Triangle faked a break downwards and now going north.

Descending channel is broken.

Still 1733 need to be broken so i can get filled.

I put it all together in this H4 chart.

The triangle is in blue.

As we are ranging, I used recent tops and bottoms.

Better in m30.

In m30 it is easier to see.

Tortuous. For three days PA playing around the 18DMA. This could reach lower to test support. Probably needs a catalyst to get this out of neutral.

A break below 1700 could send this to search for support at 55D-EMA and 100DMA both near 1687.

BBs closing in to narrow the gap. 45DMA still below the 100DMA and not rising particularly fast despite the rapid ascent of past weeks.

Regardless of all our different opinions, im sure we can agree there is some seriously heavy support at 1713-1712, which coincidentally it seems is directly on my H4 upwards trendline

Still sitting on the channel (weekly midline) no break yet.

I expect any break to be bought around 1700 or below
1715 doesn't want to budge yet.

Don't know why they would focus on this when the US consumes more oil than anyone including EC.

But I do agree with this:

As well as if Iran/Israel tensions increase driving up crude and the dollar, knocking the euro and gold etc down.

What do a market like this tell us, where there is no panic selling or panic buying, standing firm at 1700 - 1750. How much speculation do you think there is left in the market?
