I wonder if EXNESS uses Virtual Dealer...like a broker on a video on FPA website. Does anyone know how to check it?

The simplest method to check it is to measure the execution time.
Brokers with execution with less than 1 sec do not use Virtual Dealer as it does not allow them to apply execution delay of less than 1 sec.
Check EXNESS and you will see that EXNESS does not use it too because this broker guarantees execution of no more than 1 sec...

i've been trading with them for a month now and see no problem
at first i feel some delay of price feed but after i check with other broker, all of them were delay at that period.

I choose them just because its easy to deposite and withdraw
i've withdraw 2-3 times and it take about 5-6 hours for the money to get to my bank account.

I think they do not have neither French nor Spanish people in the customer support as I can not see their website to be translated to French. As for Spanish, I am not sure...))))
But you can ask their team to establish French and Spanish customer department. To my mind, EXNESS stays afloat as they are not at all unmindful of the traders' wishes. EXNESS gives patrons a lot of house))) Considering their trading volume increase I am sure that it is so.
talking about spread-measuring indicators u can just write it in the forum searching line. easy and quickly u will find what you need)
as for exness website, etc - Google always helps u!
Hey mates. be careful exness is not a real broker, they are market maker only , so they try to prevent & disturbe your trading to get profit, for instance when you ahave a position with profit they dont allow you to close it by seveal reqouts or even sometimes they disconect your meta trader & you have to close & open it for reconecting which takes few minutes time then you have lost your profit but if you want to close any position with lose it will be done immediatel immediately , but the main probleme is being untrustable, means when you have a balance in your account especially a big one you can not be confident that they allow you to withdraw it or not, of course small ammounts can be withdrawn very fast .

I have been trading with EXNESS since 2009 and believe me, have never had these issues. Deeds,deeds, not words.
