We are in seriously oversold territory.

I am taking a long.

Stopped out at 50 pip loss on AUD trade.

Long GBP/USD

Just a heads up, there was a butterfly on the H4 last night (around 10pm EST), however the drop this morning to 15xx broke the butterfly on H4 and formed a butterfly on the D1...

Well, stocks were not down too far today and the dollar index wasn't up a huge amount. Obviously some kind of liquidation sell off so it's hard to call the bottom of this but, what are the thoughts in the thread, are we headed to 1450 on a 'C' move or is this the bottom of a bullish butterfly?
I was interested to hear about the 1.5 billion silver purchase that is pending, didn't know that... wonder what effect that will have on the market. Billionaires become that way by driving the market down before buying. Will we see it roar back or consolidate lower?

tbh hard to say at this stage. we will know by tomorrow. iam expecting a rally, but who knows.

maybe its a year end correction likely to last until end december.

Why look for a reason for selloff. Its going down, that is the trend.

Worry about a buy point once it turns.

Forexpros website, among many others, show bullish consensus of small traders is still 75%+ bullish. I hope it stays that way. Means more downside to come contrarian basis, which is what I believe is likely anyway.
