And price on my chart shows consolidation with slight uptrend, but not really.

Come on folks, if it takes out Tuesday's high and breaks through Andrews Pitchfork (modified Schiff version) in honor of BBC Beeb than maybe we have something. But until then downtrend is intact.

Oh and notice the indicator on the bottom - this is Tom DeMark's TD Pressure. See how the previous double tops had high readings - above 95.
Gold is currently flirting around the mid/high 70's. Wouldn't take much to hit those similar high readings. Time will tell, if it does, if it has the same reaction it does most times when these levels are attained.

Gold Up to a Dropped Ceiling on the H1. I dont Trade it (the H1) but I watch it for Early Warning.
I'm currently sucking a Teeny Buy that I'm glad I could ride because of the minimal size of my Lot Order... But...
This is Descision Time.
If we cannot Break to the Upside of 1,650, then I feel South we go. That and New "Recent Lows" (1,570)
If We Break 1,650 to the Upside...
there is an obvious Traffic Jam in the 1,650 -1,659 area
So what should we do?
If you, on your way to work, get caught in a T Jam, what do you do?
Turn around and go home Or suffer the slings & arrows to get to work?

Personally, I would (am) tickling Long lokking to get into that xxx50 xxx58 zone & will then set SL in the xxx50 range.

Let me just mention this...
Doing the ICCE Method Exactly...There are not 2 (two) Successfull ICCE Traders doing it the same way. If they were, we would write an EA.
It has an art form. That means Study & that means empty classrooms.

Not to be dour, but my remaining time here is limited.
Enigma... I need your help. I know you have a metric tonne of ICCE in the fridge.

I tend to agree because I think the USD index will eventually fall again, but this volatility is tough to stomach.

They say the best time to jump on board (in investing) is when everyone else is scared off, but I'm not sure gold investing compares well the ideal strategy in a bearish stock market - finding value in the wreckage....

Should i jump in when and if it gets back to the 1600 level, i'll be keeping it for a few months, so if, in the middle, it goes down a little(but not much) it won't hurt because i feel gold is going to hit 2,000 sooner or later, and at that time i'll be selling it, what do you suggest?
yes the decision will be mine but input from old timers is valuable to me.

but things may change in about 20 mins time, we should have some idea which way its heading...

1600 wud be best place to enter but not sure if we will go there before heading up. For sure end of this month we will be higher than this level and by December we up ahead.
