Too many hours showing that message. And no response to my emails. Scary. I don't like this behavior at all. This is not the way to treat clients.

I just watched your video and there is an obvious thing to point out which can be seen at 23 seconds in. You were not properly connected to the platform. Look at this image which shows your light green connection, showing it is not fully logged in to my dark green status which shows it was connected:

I dont know what time you were seeing this, and I dont' know your account number to look at your logs, but that shows that it wasn't the feed frozen...Ignored

Believe it or not and we have email proof that we can provide you, last night Oz time we received a ransom email and live chat message that if we dont pay a sum of money to a western union account our website will be DDos attacked and taken offline.
Apprently this is rather common and normally affects the likes of 'Sony', 'Facebook' etc not GO Markets.
Of course 'we dont negotiate with terrorsists' so our ISP and Hosting company are working on a solution.

You pointed here connectivity icon and how it was not in the right color.
So I said I will monitor and back check using reliable connectivity. Let's say my ISP is crap. So I noticed right 15 min ago that my connectivity was not all green. So I back checked servers in GERMANY and US. And see they had the same issues. I even tried to change DC but I get the same result as DC2 same icon.

It's no point Go putting the website back up until they get the issue sorted otherwise they will just get repeated threats/attacks, I have seen it before where sites get attacked every few days until they owner of the site finds a solution.Ignored
