DislikedWithdrawal by Paypal would be very much welcome.
I can't think of any justifiable reason for not allowing this option, can you?
If you can put money in thru Paypal, why can't you take it out the same way?Ignored
DislikedHi Guys,
I know I have gone into this in detail in the past, but perhaps too much detail. I would like to write something for our website to make the picture clearer, and I will try again, but everytime I do it comes out very technical and seems to confuse even the people in the office. If I can try and get it in simple terms, I will do so.
Here is what it boils down to:
[list=1][*]Our main trading servers are in Sydney - all orders are executed on these servers.[*]We currently have four DCs; two in Australia, two outside.[*]The two in Australia...Ignored
DislikedSomething just does not jell with this situation. What happened to the spread?
Market would still have to move the distance of the spread, in AUD/USD >4 pips. Broker still makes his money off the spread no matter which way the market goes after buy is triggered.
So if the broker automatically gets paid in excess of this theoretical rebate... what does he care? In the example given there is no spread which never happens.
Must be something more to the situation?Ignored
DislikedIf the main servers are in Sydney then why does my Sydney VPS (Mammoth) always connect to Melbourne. I want the fastest possible execution time for a specific EA and would like to know how best to do this. I'm sure it would benefit others too.

Dislikedpossibly due to Australian Anti money laundering & counter terrorism financing law (bit hard and annoying one), Chris may have more say on itIgnored
DislikedChris could you please respond to this. Seems like this person has it right and the trade would have to move the distance of the spread before closingIgnored

DislikedChris,
Ping to Sydney dc from Melbourne
Day time ~30 ms
night ~60 ms
At night execution/modification take time, i hope go can improve night execution timeIgnored
DislikedHi mohan,
Unfortunately the ping speed is nothing to do with execution speed or the speed of the server, but how long it take for your connection to reach us.
It makes sense to me that you will see a slower ping speed at night because that is peak time for internet usage (when everyone is home from school and work). If you are using a normal, domestic internet connection, the network you use will be shared and the more people using it, the slower it will go.
There are lots of things under our control, but the latency from you to us is not...Ignored
DislikedWow.... lots of questions today!
Yes, for the above it is down to the strict AML/CTF regulations we deal with in Australia. Our compliance team say it is a no, so obviously we have to go with that.
We are in talks with a new provider for funding and withdrawals, which should come in later this year and will give a huge range of funding and withdrawal options I believe.Ignored
