Does anyone know how the commissions of Interactive broker work for Forex Trading.

I just looked at their Forex Commissions and I'm not sure if I understand it clearly.
For Trade orders of less than $1,000,000, it says the commisions is minimum of $2.50 per order. However, it also says under the commissions column that
commission = 0.2 basis point(1) *Trade Value(2)
Just so we are clear, does it mean that their
commission per trade = min($2.50 USD , 0.2 basis point*Trade Value)
How is their commission charged for trading 50,000 GBP of EUR/GBP?
Any traders using IB (or IB workers here), your input is greatly appreciated here.
Thanks
