Gold Updated Analysis
Gold opened with a good gap today but it still is not showing strong buying pressure. It looks like buyers are still onfused or not very interested.
Look at the H1 timeframe I dont think gold will go much higher. It could reach around 4126-4130 at most. If gold breaks above 4100 properly and holds then it may move higher. Otherwise it could start falling from here.
H4 timeframe gold could still move up to around 4210-4220. However this depends on breaking the trendline properly and holding above the 4130-4140 zone. Because of the recent US Iran war news gold may stay volatile and move up and down. Even so I dont think it will go much higher.
Overall gold is still bearish.
We will likely get a clearer picture of its next move after the Fed interest rate decision on 29 July.
So my view is simple dont buy from the top and dont sell from the bottom. Another possibility is that gold may just stay in a range until the Fed rate decision.
