I have it as broken yesterday and tested today. You chose to draw your trendline at the tips of the highest wicks. I prefer to draw it not crossing any bodies but not giving long wicks high relevance.

Hey babayaga, please don't hunt me when I'm asleep after this but, I agree mostly with what you're saying. We are nowhere near being "strongly" bullish. BUT, we have been in a Bullish structure after the CHOCH on the 2nd of july. Yes, we were heavily bearish, retracement, in the internal PA. Yesterday's and the day before's daily candles also broke and closed above the lower highs, which SHOULD make us at the very least slightly bullish without us needing to break past 4200.

Just how I see it, I can be wrong

sorry, but first line you have drawn using "high wicks".., and second (?).., as you wanted (?).., it is not right
you need to follow "some" rules

i draw "fractal wicks" and following some "classic"/can i call it this way(?)/ rules (!)

here you can see example.., connecting wicks or body.., always fractal ones

Look friend... I have been drawing trendlines for more than 50 years... much before computers existed. The origin of the trendline is always drawn from the extreme of the candle. I do agree that it is more an art than a science. That daily XauUsd trendline was broken yesterday and tested today...

im rushing it and shud wait for that 4H candle to close over 4070 cauase that would make a less riskier entry but i want to get a good chunk of my loss from the other day before fridays close

People are forgetting about liquidity.

We can simply just drop 200 dollars in price.

The movement upward was liquidity just taken out. people stopped out past 4100 levels.

Agreed on Taco tactics. Weekend will definitely show something.

Even if its just a verbal ceasefire that he proceeds to ignore like he did in the past
